Goods purchased via the website can be delivered worldwide.

Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering procedure.


Shipping and Delivery - Shipping costs


Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to your destination country. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


KUTSUTO reserves the right to divide your order into part shipments. In this case, your charge card or credit card will only be debited for the goods shipped and for a single shipment.


You will be asked to select the shipment option you would prefer as part of the order procedure. Delivery cost depends on destination country. They will be submitted to you for approval before payment.

KUTSUTO uses only the French post (Colissimo) for its French and worldwide shipments.

For France:

Packages are shipped via Colissimo ( French Post ) depending on your choice:

- without signature: in your mailbox

The following options will be soon available:

- without signature: outside of your home adresse: in a drop-off point: post office  / store / cityssimo

- with signature

- with signature & delivery appointment for Paris area

DOM/TOM ( for both zones 1 and 2  )

- with signature


For International:

Packages are shipped via Colissimo ( French Post ) with tracking number for most of the countries and drop-off with signature.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online, each time this is possible depending on your country.


Delivery Time - Time required for delivery


Delivery time is as follows:

  • For France: between 2 and 5 days after receipt of payment
  • For DOM/TOM and International: between 5 and 10 days after receipt of payment


Delivery Time - Problems of delivery


Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding 8 business days compared to the communicated delivery time should be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order. You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged goods, etc.) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice, and sign.
